The MemEx-Online Help Desk has staff on hand to answer your calls Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM Eastern Time (excluding holidays). Support personnel are experienced with the MemEx-Online software, database management, report writing, web hosting and association management consulting.

Remote desktop connection to your PC
While MemEx Help Desk Staff assist you on the phone, they are able to connect directly to your PC and see exactly what you see in order to diagnose problems or provide training when needed.

MemEx-Online Users Group
The MemEx-Online Users Group provides supplementary support for beginning and experienced users of the software. You will receive eNewsletters informing you of new features, company developments and power user tips. Webinars are also available as refreshers and to acquaint you better with how to make best use of the AMS and Website Content Manager tools.

MemEx-Online Training
Personal training is provided to new clients and consists of up to five days of training combining onsite visits with remote desktop assistance.
