Improve member retention by offering more services online!

After members log into your website, their profile in the AMS database gives them access to specific filtered content, including online directories, member prices and assigned committees. Also, members can easily update their contact info and profile.

The “My Association Web Page” can provide a member with quick access to their committees, SIGs, and other member-specific content. Also the Member Update page allows members to edit or add information to their profile/membership records online. Your membership staff can monitor changes made by members, if so desired, for quality assurance.

The Online Member Directory includes an advanced search, enabling members to interact by using the directory to locate and view the member information that they are allowed to see.

The Vendor Directory is a buyer’s guide that can be searched by product, service, name or location. Vendors and associate members will value the visibility they get from being listed in your directory. Banner ads and preferred listings can increase revenue for your organization.

Each committee can have their own home page, containing a committee roster, address book, announcements, calendar, and download library for committee documents and meeting minutes. Information can be filtered based on committee membership or other criteria. Committee officers can add content to their committee home page and also send out email to everyone on their committee in a matter of minutes. Special Interest Groups (SIGs) can also have a home page just like the committee home page. Committees and SIGs can also utilize the Listserve-type mailing lists that are available in the eCommunity Module.

With the Enterprise Edition of MemEx-Online, surveys are easily created and published to your website for members only and/or the public. Survey results can be shown either immediately to users or displayed later after your staff sees them. Survey results can be exported as data files for import into MS Access or Excel for further analysis and statistical manipulation.
