The eCommerce Website Module professionalizes and automates your business transactions!

Online Credit Card Processing is at the core of the eCommerce Module. All transactions are managed for you, including data entry, credit card authorization, with automated email confirmations and receipts. You will need a merchant account tied to your bank account, as well as an encryption certificate to enable your eCommerce credit card processing. Also, automated payments can be set up from a member’s checking account to make monthly or quarterly payments for dues or donations.

Online Member Renewal enables your members to easily renew their membership on your website, paying their dues online, as well as updating their profile and contact information. The AMS Accounting Module can be used for sending members a notice with links to the Member Renewal page on your website. Also, the module can accommodate both individuals and organizations. Renewing organizational members can make one payment for multiple individuals, while updating, adding, and deleting individuals linked to their organization.

Member Enrollment enables you to promote your organization on your website, enroll new members, and collect dues via the eCommerce component. Also, the module can accommodate both individuals and organizations. Your online enrollment form can include profile information, such as categories, special interests, and any number of criteria that you use to track your membership.

Online Meeting Registration allows attendees to register for conferences or small meetings via your website, including the selection of sessions and special events (such as banquets and tours). Guest registration is also possible, as well as member and non-member pricing. Organizations can register multiple individuals at one time and make one payment. Also included are volume discounts, session fees, packaged/bundled offers and early bird specials. Sessions can be limited by member type, include room and resource assignments, and have cut-offs for maximum number of attendees. Items are maintained in your AMS Accounting Module with separate pricing for members and non-members. The Online Store includes multiple product photos, detailed descriptions (such as table of contents for product specs), a shopping cart and credit card processing.
