The CRM Module improves services to existing and potential members. Nothing is more frustrating than contacting an organization and getting someone who doesn’t know anything about you. MemEx-Online provides a CRM module that makes every staff person an expert on a member’s past and present issues and requests. The CRM contact history provides staff members with immediate access to important information on a member’s profile, needs, requests, open issues, and the names of other staff who have worked with the client before. New issues can be quickly entered and assigned to appropriate staff which includes optional email requests and updates. An optional Time Tracking feature is included allowing you to invoice member services that are billed by the hour. With the Enterprise Edition of the CRM module you will be able to track the results of marketing campaigns (mailings, phone calls, emails and newsletters). This will enable you to judge the success of your CRM activities and provide you with the ability to plan future target-marketing campaigns and conceive better business strategies. A daily to-do list is also available with the Enterprise Edition of MemEx-Online, giving each person a prioritized list of tasks. |
