The AMS Communications Module provides a variety of messaging solutions for you to choose from.

When it comes to communicating with your members there are numerous solutions available with MemEx-Online, ranging from email to phone lists to snail mail. MemEx-Online drastically reduces the administrative effort involved with communications because a member is entered only once in the database. To add or remove someone from a particular mailing list for a newsletter or discussion group, you simply make a change to their profile, such as member type or category or by using simple opt-in/opt-out fields.

By using Tag Lists each user can also build their own custom lists of individuals or organizations for specific campaigns or tasks. With form letters you can create personalized emails or letters to get your message across.

Mailing lists can be set up in a number of ways: Email blasts are one-way notifications sent out to your members. ListServ-type mailing lists are two-way messages whereby members can send a message to everyone on a list, and anyone on the list can reply with a message going back out to the list. eNewsletters are web-based emails (using web page templates) that incorporate news from your website.
